This page explains what we collect through this website and why. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What you send us

When you use the strategy-call form, we receive what you type: your name, business, website, email, optional phone number and what you’d like to improve. We use it only to reply to you about your project.

The concierge

Questions you ask the site concierge are processed to generate an answer, normally on our own server from our approved answers. If we switch on an AI model to help, your question is sent to that provider (Anthropic) only to write the reply. We don’t ask for personal details in the concierge, so please don’t share sensitive information there.

The demo

The interactive demo runs entirely in your browser. Anything you type into it stays on the page and is not sent to us.

The Revenue Leak Check

The leak check calculates in your browser. Your answers are kept in the page address so you can bookmark or share your result, and are only sent to us if you choose to send your estimate with your name and email.

Sharing

We don’t sell your information. We use a small number of service providers to operate the site and reply to you: our website host, our email provider, and the CRM and automation tools that receive form submissions. If you choose to book a call, you pick a time on our scheduling provider (Calendly), and what you enter there is covered by its own privacy policy.
